Why don't you ask that man himself if he is in a position to return back to his country? Maybe he is very very poor? Maybe he is a law fugitive? But if it is possible at all, ask him to police by himself and get himself deported. Trust me, Qatar is not a place for jobless people. Expats are not wanted here at all if they are not exploited in some or the other way. The bigger worry is your friend may get involved into some serious crime perperated by some extrasmart Qatari like White feather. They are always looking for vunerable expats.

Are you nuts?......no doubt I am crazy about you!

YES I'M AWARE THAT QATAR IS THE 2ND RICHEST COUNTRY, BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT THERE IS NO CRIME HERE.

IF YOU JUST KNOW WHAT HIS DOING YOU YOURSELF WILL GO TO THE POLICE AND REPORT THIS PERSON

Qatar is the second richest country in the world (based on GDP per capita). It is impossible that someone like you described it exists in Qatar. You must be dreaming!

Usually people do report others due to personal interest. I hope its not the case here. But if I were you, I'll just mind my own business, and I'll make sure that I'm a Law abiding expat. Its not your task to report anyone. Let the Authority do their job, I'm sure they're aware of those having expiring visas, if they wanted to catch him now they can do it without needing your help, they have all complete datas in their system. Just hope that you won't get in the same trouble as this guy.

Expat PH call the police and give them that info and tell them you don't want to be involved past that. And mariam-mar put yourself in the shoes of a child who just lost her mother thanks to somebody that shouldn't even be here.

No one like to live like he have now, he is just one of a badluck, let it be where he be, but he should give himself up to the authority explaining his situation and he will be lead to where he should be,,put yourself on his shoe expat ph...
