Please help, 23 year old relocating to Doha
Hi all,
I have a 7,000 Riyals/ month accommodation allowance working for a Construction Contractor based in Duhail.
Please can people suggest places to live and if anyone has any contacts with regards to apartment rentals, please forward me their details.
I am looking for a good location, where plenty of Expats live, I am a 23 year old Male from the UK.
Preferably to include a swimming pool.
I require a 1 bedroom apartment, as it is only me relocating.

there is 1 bedroom + kitchen + bathroom and a small swiming pool for kids in a villa at al Hilal area near cinema signal i dont know if still available , but the problem you can find there from all nationality but not from uk he was asking for 2000 Q.R for rental Contact number :3070182

I will more than likely be arranging this from the UK, hence the request for advice.
OK lets forget the swimming pool etc. where is a nice place to live for a 4 to 5 star 1 bed/ studio apartment?
Are you already in Doha? I would suggest you view a few locations before you decide. In Doha, you get such wonderful varieties, so you have to be careful. Some of the ads can be really misleading....

Doha isn't that big. You'll be close to an expat where ever you go!
You might find something for 7k, but be prepare to go to 10k and you can get a pretty nice place.
DOHA is the only big city and 90 % and above people are living in DOHA and driving everyday to their workplace.
You might have to drive to your workplace. QR7000 per month is not enough as your desired living style unless you are willing to spend some of your salary.
But possible to live with QR 5000 per month as a single person.
