I resign to my company last March 22, 2015. After 2 months and 17 days staying in the Philippines I’m planning to come back to Qatar using visit visa. My friend told me that my visa still active so I can’t apply a visit visa. I came back to Qatar using my previous company visa. I arrived in Doha June 19, 2015. I inform to my mandoop that I’m arriving in Doha. Since Ramadan I’m only staying in my room. Our secretary call me she told me that my manager want to talk to me, I went to our office I meet my manager he’s angry for the reason that I will not inform I tell him that already inform to mandoop. After that he told me that all my documents already submit to the police. My HR told that my manager file a complaint against me. I went to the CID and surrender my passport then they fingerprint and eye scan.

  1. What is the best thing to do .please help me….

You will have criminal records now in CIDG. And it will be there permanently. It is a red flag. Deportation will follow once documents are ready. You should have not came back with previous employer's visa. What you have to do is to talk to your manager and beg.
