My friend was terminated from his job and the company asked him to quit the country immediately. The problem is his son preparing for his final exam and he will complete his studies if they stay untill march.

Is there any possibilities for my friends son to continue his eduaction, he is in 7th grade now.

Another case that I know the family has to leave asap and the children has no time for exam, the school just based their kids grade according to their previous semesters report. I think schools are quite flexible when this case occurs. Let's hope this is possible for his son as well!

if he will explain the given situation to the company's management they will have inshallah good-will and understanding to let the family stay a bit longer, so the kid can finish his studies. Otherwise Human Rights, even though  they can't really help that much around here. Civilisation! Where the heck are U?

Maybe it's better if the school knows about it and maybe they can advice him what's the best thing to do.

Like for example in Saudi Arabia I remember, one of my friend are leaving and the school gave them the final exam in advance because they have to leave asap. maybe they can try to ask the school if they are willing to do that for them.

I think you mean that you hope I am not right

If I were in this situation, I'd think twice before letting the school know about the new residency status of the ward...

I think children without permanent visas are not allowed by law to study in schools in Qatar...

He's son is only 11 or 12 years old right?, Not so sure if they will give him visa as tourist.  The best thing is to inquire Human rights about his situation they are the only one who can help him.  I hope he can sort this problem for his son.

If he can manage to come for 28 days ( 14 + 14 days extension ) on visit / Tourist visa I think his son can be appeared the exam. Any of his friend can arrange the visa with consultation with some hotel.

Explain this to the company boss or go to Human rights commission.
