I heard that Govt of Qatar is stopping and taking back all the old traditional steel cylinders and will release only Waqood manufactured plastic cylinders in future. Is that right? or is it a false information?

Ooohh it is not to fight friends....!!
I made a mistake it may not be plastic might be fibre glass material which is manufactured by Waqod.
I was reffering to that ..!! Will the traditional cylinders disappear after this is introduced??
Hi Motiv8er,
I heard that Govt of Qatar is stopping and taking back all the old traditional steel cylinders and will release only Waqood manufactured plastic cylinders in future. Is that right? or is it a false information?
where do you get plastic gas cylinders in Doha? Hem can you clarify?
There are fibreglass cylinders available but no PLASTIC...
IF at all there is one please show one/
Sorry b2d, post was meant for hem...
OK, let's put it another way. Tell me where you can buy PLASTIC gas cylinders and I'll stand corrected.
Am new to QL.
Everybody knows both are differen material. But specified that it is for domestic use. So they are asking abt woqod cylinder
Question asked for plastic cylinder and not fiberglass cylinder which Woqod makes [ Not Waqood]
Plastic and fiberglass are different material
Like any pressurized container, safe when handled with common sense and safety consciousness.
knives..plastic bags etc are unsafe aswell wonder why they are manufactured.
adt..dont buy these cylinders!
They are not plastic, they are fibreglass and perfectly safe or they wouldn't make them!
Plastic cylinders are very unsafe.
They cant take pressure and there is aging effect on plastic due to heat as it becomes brittle
