I am going to hire a part time Male Cleaner ( Nepali) for my three bed apartment. He is going to come twice a week for two hours. Please suggest what salary would be suitable for this .
Honestly he have to come 2 times a week but most of the time he come once a week, I spend around 350 per month as much I can remember. And check also your needs of cleaning if you really need him twice a week. Maybe you wont, and once a week is enough. So it's fair enough to pay him at least 75.
I think you can just give him 75 qr specially if he will clean from inside to outside. Actually that's my cleaner asking price. I just give him extra because I have long dog playing area inside the garage.

So 400 per month ? Isn't it a bit two much for 8 visits a month ?
should not be more then Qr50 for one visit. so Qr 100 is more then enough for a week for 2 visits.
I have mine, asking 75 but I give him 100. Clean the house and garage also.
