Parcel Lost

Hi, I would like to ask some advice. My sister send me a parcel coming from USA. Its been 2 months now. Before She send me parcel also same address I give and I receive it after 15 days. Everytime I ask QPOST about it they tell me that my parcel not yet arrived. But when my sister ask the USPS they her that it should be arrived since it was 2 months now. What would I do? Who will I ask about it? And where can I locate my parcel? Please help me. Thank you..

They have the worst service ever

First of All , check it online where it is reached, then print it, if it is with Qpost, go and show them this letter, and request meeting with thier Supervisor. Qpost ppl not searching well. It is happening a lot with Qpost.
