Over 6 month in philippines
Hi All,
Could you please let me know the proper processing document if someone have working visa and RP the expiration this coming september but the problem is over 6 months stay outside qatar,
She submmit already medical certificate in imgration here to process again her existing visa, my question is:
1. She need to submmit in qatar embassy in philippines this certificate with passport or no?
2. She need to take medical test or no?
She called already the qatar emabasssy in philippines to advice them that she have existing visa visa but she stay more than 6 months and she want to come back in qatar, but the qatar embassy said if her visa is single purpose she need to submmit the visa,passport,2x2 picture,NBI with red ribbon and medical test,if the visa is double purpose she need submmit only the certificate from qatar imigration and passport.
My question again is what type of visa
1. single purpose visa
2. double purpose visa
this is my firs time i heard type of visa me and my sister we dont have idea i ask already her mandoop he dont have idea also what type of visa.
somebody experience this situation over 6 months stay outside in qatar with working visa& RP please let me know the proper processing in philippines.

the mandoop already aply the visa for renew because my sister she have existing visa.
somebody knows what type of visa (SINGLE PURPOSE AND DOUBLE PURPOSE ) because in qatar embassy in philippines asking what kind of visa she have.if single pupose she need start new processing again if double purpose only the certificate from here in qatar
Tryke your absolutely right. any Qatar visa if your out of Qatar for 6 months automatic will be cancelled. what you need to do is to re-apply visa for her.
if it is not expired, then she can come back anytime. The only problem if she stays more than a year outside Qatar, then she needs to apply again. But if her visa is active and less than a year outside of Qatar, then she can come back again!
i believe your sister will have to start from zero again.. if am not mistaken, all types of VISA whether family or work visa will be canceled and will not be valid anymore if you stay more than 6 months outside qatar.. then you have to start again the application as what you did the first time...the existing visa will have no more bearing in your application..the immigration will consider you as a new applicant..so she will have to go through the same ordeal again... i based my answer on the actual experience of my colleague ...:(
