axis bank nri account will be opened by doha bank...

there are no direct branches for indian bank here in qatar for personal banking. You can check with exchanges.

Doha bank, cbq provides NRI banking accounts

Also you can register on websites of indian banks for NRE account opening for e.g yesbank, citibank, SBI, AXIS, ICICI; they will arrange for documents collection or pickup & they will call you as well.
