bonjour!

I resigned under probation period, the reason why is because i signed as DOC CON but unfortunately when i arrived here in QATAR they put me as a receptionist.

Do i need to pay all their expenses, including airticket, visa, RP and etc?

thank you in advance

You should not have to pay ANYTHING if you are under probation. The best option is to contact the Human Rights Commission or the Labour Court

In my knowledge many employees paying different penalties during the probation and going away.

Very unfortunate.

This charges are implemented by the people like you and me who came to work here.

(Sorry- I do not know about the labor law regarding this subject)

The answer is No. Qatar labour Law supersedes whatever written in the contract. , Airticket, visa, RP to be provided by the Employer at no cost to the Employee under the Labour Law.

Strictly speaking , you should not have to pay anything during the probation period .. However , check your contract to see what it says
