Not renewing ID
Dear all ,
i was supposed to go for emergency leave for 10 days from 19th oct to 28th oct as my mother is in critical condition hospital. she has been hospitalized since very long time & there is no one to take care of her. My company approved for my emergency leave and i made round trip ticket of 2600 riyal. I went to catch the flight for 7:20 pm on 19th oct but unfortunately, i have to come back because company did not made my exit permit. it was so disappointing moment for me. Next day i went to the office and speak about those things but they begin to blame each other. i went for couple of times to the office but i always came with empty handed without any positive response. Later i give my resignation letter to my manager without any notice period, because i dont want to stay in this company any more. i had already lost 2600 riyal from the ticket that was nun refundable. company doesn't care about the things that happened to me. My ID Is also going to expire on 3rd of Nov. i hadnt rejoin the duty because i dont want to work in this company anymore. Will the company send me before my id expiration ? is there any way so that i can go back to my country soon.Need your help. thanks
Thanks, what do u think is it eligible to resign without notice period, i dont want to stay in this company who is exploiting there employee. i want to get back to my hometown asap.
Michaelindo thanks for your advice, i dont have any further plans to be back in qatar again. I just sumbmitted my resignation letter without any notice period to my manager, my id will be expired within 3rd of nov, I asked about my exit permit to the company they said, they had some problem with computer card. Now i dont want to stay in this company anymore. I need to be back ASAP. thanks, if there is anymore advice just let me know, Kindly appreciated.
