New location of Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Attestation

Recently I had to visit Qatar MOFA - attestation department to get my Police clearance certificate attested. I was told by some that attestation office is in C Ring road, near Gulf Cinema. However on visiting the office I found this has been relocated to Onaiza near rainbow roundabout. Attestation office is inside a closed compound where there are many embassies including British Embassy. Police will not allow to drive inside the compound. You need to park your vehicle in front of the mosque shown in the map. There are free bus service available from this point which will take you inside the compound. You need to carry original Qatar id/ passport to get inside the bus as this will be verified by a police man inside the bus. Bus will drop you at gate of attestation office.
