Need Urgent help

Dear Respected Member.
1) I am working in a qatari firm owned by qatari national.
2) I was rectuited by. a Indian person who was my qatari owners partner.
3) I used to work with Indian person
4) Now he left the company
5) i join qatari owners office.
6) Now qatari owner got a cash receipt which is of my indian boss friends company.
7) Now my arabi owner threaten me to put behind bar & make a court xase against me.(state i worked illegal with other co my exboss frnd co)
8) my home country many prob i want to go back home i am not getting leave or termination if i ask they will say they will jail me.
I am getting to much depress pls advice what i should do
go to National Human Rights Committee (NHC). this buidling is situated near bank Street. Also if applicable, go to CID and tell them all the things without hiding anything. before going take your credentials like, your RP Stamp copy, your ID copy, your offer letter from company. you last pay slip you have received.
