Need Legal Guidance

I was on job in Qatar from last 7 years with reputed organization, due to position nationalized I lost my job and switched to contracting company and they transferred my visa, and within 3 months they terminated me and said you cannot get local release and have to go india with NOC. after negotiation they reduced my salary and again they terminated me within 3 months. what legal possibilities I have?? as I did not signed termination letter as previous and current termination was done unjustified and unfair against me. I am currently living here with family. need kind guidance
