Need help and advise.

Hi everyone, I just need some help or an advise..

My passport and RP are in the CID... what shoud i do?..

i was working as a secretary in my previous company before. i was working with them. for 6 months and suddenly got removed from that position because of my boss. they offered me another job but i refused to accept it because of the place is very far. in that point they told me to wait for a new vacancy position related to working experience.. but they took my passport and RP and the told me to wait for there call.. every time i go to the office the HR keeps on telling me.. no vacant position yet. then i ask for a released because I'm a local hired. but they told me that i did not finished my 1 year work to them. then again they advised me to there call.. then a weeks passed by i received a call from my friend in that company.. he told me to report in the office because my passport and RP was already given to the CID.. then i went to the office and ask for my passport and RP.. but the HR told me that my passport and RP was submitted already to the CID..

Please i need help or an advise...
