I am working in Qatar from last one year, now I had put resignation because of my personal problames. and the company saying that I have to stay here for 2 or 3 months for my replacement, once they find someone then i can go.as per Qatar labor law. but I as per my contract i gave 1 month notice period and also my last date of visa is 8.10.2014. Then they can stop me for two months?

No. They dont have right to stop you.
