Need Advice related to Family Visa

Dear Friends,

I am joining a company as a Manager and the visa what they have issued is FOREMAN- My question is will be able to sponsor my family after six months of service thought my salary is 10000+.

Can someone share or advice me some information regards this query

You can change profession after 1 year

It's possible provided you ask the PRO of your Co. to have your profession changed sooner or later.
