Need advice on how to approach companies in Qatar?

I am new in Sales, Whenever I call a clients office, the receptionist says :

a, they don't need my services.

b, send e-mail they will call back.

c, they are happy with their current supplier.

Friends in Business and Sales, How can I find business in this situation. Can you give me some advice from your experience, how you have overcome this? Thank You.
