need advice
im currently just startd working like a month in a main city.but i dont like this job..not only they pay low but also the people in there..im so depressed everyday went to work is like i went to a prison..when lunch time..i didnt go out for lunch coz i dont have anyone to go out with me..i just stay in d office..my workmate..they just went out without invite me..not only that..if i wanna use the company stuff.they will look at me like wanna eat me..i dont have freedom to access all those equipmnt like fax machine, printers, photocopy machine..the pantry..everyday going t work enter the door straight to my place and start doing my job.theres one day one of d person i dont like,she came to my table n look at my monitor...checking wether im using d internet or nt n she's complaining at back of me that when im doing like that her pc get slow..what d f**k..i dont know what should i do now...i wanna quit but i didnt find another job yet...but if i stay there more im gona have a problem which i cant quit after 2 or months or years or forever...they wanna implant new system in their company n im responsible...coz they gona provide me training for new system..im in dilemma...when the training start, i cant quit anymore..the boss will get mad coz when first time she hired me she told me that if i hired u ..u cant quit...plus they promie me another amount of salary but they give less than they had promised me...wat should i do now??
do you think you can handle the customer service here in Qatar?all the shouting,hissing,pettiness and police calling will not deter you from doing your job?you think its fun to be shouted at and worse be threatened deportation while doing your customer service?
are you prepared for that?
or are you willing to stick with your company and all its politicking,free training and such?
stop telling us all about it, just look for another job and then quit. They cant FORCE you to stay.
ok firstly i wanna inform u all..im talking about malaysia coz i work here and live here...this morning i went to my hq and everythng was ok and i also dont feel like i wanna quit coz over there people are good n i have great time..my worse day start from monday to friday..b4 this i thought i wanna do somethng in office u know but with the people like this in my office...i wanna quit and im looking for a job like customer service ..pays better n i think its fun..my boss is lawyer..her husbnd her have 2 compny one is travel agency and another one is law firm..but they put me at law firm but im actually working for the travel agency..now im like unwanted person in that law firm..alone..i wanna tell my boss this morning that i wanna quit but she like ...oh dont forget to tell accounts dptmnt what u need for d auditing stuff..and i was thinking how i wanna tell her....the more longer i stay there the harder i wanna quit..i have to start d task from january till current month coz my dateline is end of the year b4 the auditors come to audit d accounts..WHAT THE HELL IM DOING??!!!!!!ONE BIG STONE FALL FROM SKY ON MY HEAD !!!!

You don't want to go through any inconvenience to improve the situation, such as looking for another job, moving out of your place, or at least trying to establish good relations with your co-workers, etc. All you want is your company staff to change their attitudes towards you... but i think it will be quite hard...because... go to No.1.

Is that company sponsoring you or you have your visa (business/husband visa)?
Unless the company is sponsering you, I would say you take the training and the installation of the new system, see if the situation improves...if it doesnt find another job.
If the company is sponsoring you then I guess you have no choice. You have become a slave....a zombie ...like the rest....slowly over a period of time you too will start behaving like your collegues....if that is any consolation.
ok..heres d double dare challenge..if i wanna quit ..i should inform them tmorrw...which i think my boss gona freak out...then looking for new job..and i need to move out find another place to stay coz my housemate looking for a house near their office...im lost in d big city :(...
