Moving to Lagoon towers

NYA

Hello everyone i would like to get the feedback from those who are living there, if they know when the shopping mall would open, whether there will be small shops (grocery, laundry, hair salon) to open prior to the mall opening. Also we need to know what's the deal with the Gym and the swimming pool (we have been told that it needs another month only).
Any comments or advice would be appreciated.
Thank You.

Open shops at the Zig Zag yet.

As for fees it's the one thing going in it's favor the Pearl owners have been screwed by fees but have a nice product.

The Zig Zag is a poor product but have not had the fees issue.

Dont think those shops you mentioned are opening before the mall opening. I only saw a computer imaging of the

mall and if it is even close to that looks pretty nice to have all that so conveniently located without having to even go outside. Most reassuring is Al Dar developer not screwing around with fees and giving big surprises to owners like our friends at the Pearl. What a difference a half kilometer makes. Pearl still has not set fees in stone. Still rising after all this time.

I hope you got a good deal on the rent !!!!!!!.

You can get serviced 2/3 bed apartments in a hotel now for 14K a month, makes a mockery of the rents being charged in the Zig Zag and the Pearl.

Good luck with the move I hope you work near by.
