All what he says are the things to do, but your plan to change your passport and use your husband family name is the best solution, so it won't conflict with your old sponsor.

It's great 2 b loved!

by the way, required nga pala na ung sweldo ng husband mo is 4,500+.

you may start applying for Family Visa.  Compiling the requirements can be a lot of work.

First, complete the ff requirements:

Stamped copy of Marriage Contract (MOFA- Min. of Foreign Affairs and Phil. Embassy)

Stamped copy of the Education Certificate (MOFA and Phil. Embassy)

Bank Statement having at least 6 months period (stamped and signed by bank for Family visa)

Proof of Billing (Electricity and Water)- if your husband stays in company accommodation, he can get help from company in getting it.

Of course, his RP and Passport, and your passport copy.

There is a form for this application.  You should have it filled up in Arabic.  Submit it in Family Committee for approval.  Ask for help from a company Mandoub.  You need to make sure that the requirements are complete in order for smooth approval (within 10 days).  You will get  a receipt after it is approved and accepted.  After 3-4 days, take the receipt to immigration office and have them print the blue visa.

If it is approved, you (wife) should have your visa cancelled upon resignation and request for release/ clearance to leave.

Before you leave the country, make sure that you bring with you the Blue Visa.

In the country, complete the basic requirements again.  Medical, certificate from Qatar Embassy in Makati (send it thru wwwexpress LBC- make sure it is not colorum).

Good luck!
