MES is Planning to operate, even in the forthcoming Winter Holidays it looks !!!!
I've heard that SEC have Instructed the Schools are NOT to be opened during this forthcoming Winter Holidays. Still MES, managed to operate their school for the Poor teachers Orientation & special classes, etc., which will lead the teachers to be more & more stressed !
there's always a different norms & exclusions for MES, compare to other community schools !
Qatar is one of the Family Friendly countries in the world
Qatar actually should not allow any families to live and work here. The country by its design is the family-un-friendliest country in the world. Let bachelors be in Qatar only! And the problem is solved. - New problems will, of course, be created with such a policy, too, but that's another story.
In a properly run school holidays are holidays for both, the students and the teachers. Schools in Qatar are not properly run, because they are only money-making companies. The profession of teachers is stressful enough and they deserve the specific holidays, too. At least that is the case in a developed country where education is the top agenda of the state.
What stress? Too many holidays for them and they should justify their salary by giving back something to the school. Good decision by MES
