Medical for Qatar employment

Hello everyone! I have recently been accepted for a job in Qatar. I am going for my medical soon but my problem
is, in 2009 my chest x-ray showed that I have a scar. I underwent all tests to ensure I am healthy and not contagious. The sputum test was negative and I was issued a fit to work certificate by the Lung Ctr of the Phils.. I redid the tests again October 2009, still negative.
My worry now is will I be granted a fit to work certificate for Qatar??
Kabayans, please help if you have any suggestions how I can get through it. I really need that job.

hi, thanks for your reply. actually, i am still here in the philippines, never been to qatar. it was just 2 weeks ago that i tried my luck to apply and fortunately was chosen for the job. i do hope i'd be able to get there first, and maybe if i'm already there it might be easy to talk to the company if the medical exams time comes.

I think its better to call your company first and tell them the situation because they must decide if it necessary for you to continue your employment here in qatar because automatically if you have spot or scars on lungs they will send you back to your home country thats the reality here even though its not contagious but if they will support you and defend you on your case here just bring all the necessary documents of all your medical history, hope it helps.Goodluck
