Carnagie Melon university, it costs 160,000 riyals a year. Qatar Foundation has financial aid system. For scholarship u will have to call Carnagie melon.

Yes, In MES school there is a lot of dgree courses available. My husband is also studying in the same. "IGNOU" that is Indra Ghandhi open Univerisity. Per semester they charge Us$ 1000/- to US@ 1200/-. plus books.
