Masreq Bank Bank Personal Loan and Guarantor

Hi Everyone, i need an advise. i took a loan from masreq bank in Qatar which is payable in 4 years. after 1 year of paying i was hospitalized and had operation due to kidney stone. after recovery my employer still wants me to work on site even though im still not fully recovered. i decided to resign and the gave me NOC to work in another company. i went to the bank personally and informed them what was happen to me. the bank asked me to pay the full amount or look for guarantor because my new company is not listed with masreq. please need your advise because its i couldnot find any guarantor at all. i have told the bank that i will pay continuously my loan and even showed them the salary transfer from my new employer. still they asked for guarantor. please advised.
