Really pissed off,i've been calling this bank since 7:30am upto this moment and nobody is picking up the phone.It's always the answering machine keep on playing,i wonder why even this operator is not picking up the phone.Or even the ext.number i dial for an agent wont pick up.Can any one give me one agent's number for this bank?i really need to talk someone from this bank very urgent.By the way im having an account with this bank.Thanks!
I even made a complaints email through online banking i was just ignored with this pathetic customer asst. it left me un-answered. better shift to other bank. this bank will entertain you if you are just a prospect client.
@ DohaSteve try IBQ so far as of the moment this Bank serves better than other bank.. commercial bank has a lot of hidden fees, when i tried asking them for what are the miscellaneous payment? they do explain but none of that are understandable!.
how about QNB? I have been banking with them for the last decade and NEVER had a problem ;-)

My wife is opening a beauty salon and her local partner recommended opening the business account at Commercial Bank ..... without going in to details, after 10 days of trying we eventually went there yesterday and demanded our deposit money back and basically told them to stick their bank and all it's accounts up their collective ar5e ...... HSBC will lock down all of your accounts if they even get a sniff that you might be having financial difficulties so they are off the list too ..... we are going to try Doha Bank next .... we shall see what bollock5 they come up with .... wish us luck !
ALHAMDULILLAH I am Lucky I's planing to open an account in Mashriq so now I wont as their service is....not good..
