Market Value CRV 2005, 36,000km mileage

Hi,

Need your expert advice. I'm offered a CRV 2005 and 36,000km mileage. Price is QR 45,000 which to me is high considering that it's old.

1. Assuming that the car is in good shape (still have to see it tonight), what's the correct market value for this car?
2. Is it worth buying this car?
3. If I add 40,000km to the mileage after 2 years (2014), how much is the resale value of this car by 2014?

So the low mileage doesn't matter much?

Too Mitchfrom 30000 qr to 34000qr if the car clean

I have 2007 for sale ful option for 45000 sun roof and allow

45000 for a 2005 model isn't worth it.

You can get a new one at like 90,000 or something.

According to me, it isn't worth.
