Lost Qatar Sim Card (Ooredoo) while roaming

Hi QLers, While I am on holiday to India, my Qatar Sim Card (Ooredoo) was on roaming. But unfortunately, today I lost both mobile as well as Qatar Sim Card. How can I block that number (to avoid any possible misuse by third party). Also, I wish to know how to take duplicate Sim card until I come back to Doha. Is it possible if I send my original ID card to my relative in Doha? Pls advise

Jus Relax first,,,,,,call +974 - 4438-0000 from India and address ur issue 2 them,,,,,they wil do the needful :))
