Lost cellphone what to do??

Hi. Im new here in Qatar. I lost my phone yesterday around 6:30am. At 11am it was still ringing.. Come 12pm the number cant be reach. What should I need to do? It was lost just outside our accommodation.

Disconnect the No. and buy a new phone. problem solved.

First, go over to the company Ooredo or Vodafone and tell them to block your number. Other than that just hope the person who has picked it up, has the decency to return it to you. Continue calling your number from time to time before you get it blocked. The chances of getting it back appear slim as it has now been switched off deliberately.
