Looking for your Help & Support

Hi All,

actually i'm working here in Doha since 3 years, as IT Manager, i did alot of projects to my company (Group) but tell this moment i didn't get any salary increment my total salary is 12,900QRs, and they provide a car to me.

I really need your help to advise me what to do,i spoke to management but no one listening, also if i found a better offer i can't transfer my R.P "of course they will not accept" the main problem that i'm working inside family business environment, my salary details as follow:

Basic: 7,500Qrs

Home: 5,000Qrs

Telephone: 400Qrs

if some one can offer me a better job in different country, or in same Doha "with R.P transfer", i have a lot of degrees and certificates also.
