Living in Zig Zag tower

Hi everyone ,

I am thinking of moving to zig zag tower however I read several horrible posts about how bad the condition, maintenance and managment are ! Most of these posts are a few years old.

Does anyone know if these conditions have improved at all ? Or is it still the same ?
