LIVE OUT DRIVERS

just wondering if anyone can give me any advice. im thinking of getting a live out driver, how does that work? whats the usual salary? would they just work 4 me and be availble when ever i needed them? would i sponser them? please any advice would be great, thanks :)

QR 1500 + room will get you a full time one. (you have to bear all other related costs)

no space 4 live in :( would be mostly morninng times, school runs and stuff, then taking me out few times when kids at school. maybe occational drop or pick in evening time.
