A legal complaint for bullying employees/managers?
Greetings. I would like to ask if there is a proper complaint procedure for employees who bully their other co-employees while at work. I have a friend whose Lebanese manager that earns around 20K QRs seems to do hard shoulder and arm grips (both men and women employees) to his employees below him. I would like to ask whether this situation can still be considered as work harassment for him/her/them to file a complaint on whoever or whichever government agency or on one's personal working company. And if so, how does the complaint work? Thanks for some possible helpful answers. It would be very greatful to my friend and to those who suffer the same situation they have at work.
The person who does the harassment is the General Manager itself. Can the legal complaint be submitted to the HR Manager? Or are they lower than the GM and the complaint may only 'fizzle out'?
You can address it to your HR manager or GM directly if you think it is an harrasment...
