Hi my name is krishna I am from india in 2016 I came to qatar and left back to india after 9 months , company asked me to leave they don't have enough salary to pay me and company said they didn't process my QID.

In 2019 march 18 I came back to qatar to other company with new employment visa

Company cannot process my QID because my previous comaon didn't cancel my QID, I asked compny to give me exit as if my visa expired and this company cannot make my exit permit tooo.......they need cancellation letter from old company ,I am confused

Finally I went to indian embassy,they gave me a letter referring to CIED

If I go back india am I get block listed to qatar I cannot come back qatar for life time

I just want to ask how much processing time it takes to obtain police clearance certificate for employment. I got a job offer from a government company and iam a female under my fathers sponsorship. Its been 2 weeks now and it is still under process. How much time it usually takes?

My fiance got a job in Doha, he finnished the contract and got paid but the issue is this- the company transferred the money to his account wich is in Federal Reserve Bank in Chicago. Due to the location of my fiance his bank denied him access to he's funds and to get his account open he has to go to the US and give a fingerprint. This is difficult because he has no money on him and he can't buy himself a ticket to travel. He has no problem with his Visa.

A police officer (not traffic) in a civil vehicle tried to harass me on the road while I was switching lanes to take a U turn at a signal, he kept flashing the lights and then later took to chasing me. Depsite the traffic telling him to withdarw the case he allowed insisted the case go to the public prosecution for hearing. The PP's office did not take up the case. They heard my case and let me go with out a fine nor sentencing. Is there a possibility he can appeal and represent the case again. He had pressed charges of showing immoral gestures. What is the next step forward. My Metrash on traffic violations show 3 black points.

Dear Mr. Siju, I recently got a job with a semi Government institution and intend to change my sponsorship from Spouse visa to Work visa. Thus I logged in my CEID clearance request. CEID also issued me a slip and asked to come to their office after 3 working days. But they didn’t take from me any of the Police Certificate from Home country, copies of attested educational certificates or sponsorship change & NOCs. Though I showed all these docs at the reception before being given a token number. Neither they charged me any fee!! All they took was CEID request form, Letter from new employer, my passport & QID copy and existing sponsor’s QID. They also returned me the pictures I stipulated with form.

Just wanted to ask is CEID ok with not taking all the docs I mentioned above?

I recently received a formal job offer from a company in Doha, Qatar.

However, when the company applied for the visa, the visa application has been rejected by MOI due to valid visa in my name by other company/sponser.

As the concern person informed, I have verified the same from the MOI website with my passport number.

Since I have not received a job offer from any other companies, how did this happen?.

Therefore, how can I cancel this visa?

Can I file a complaint in MOI ? if possible, How?

I just entered in qatar 1.5 months before as a mechanical engineer in a work visa. I had carried 5 packet of medicine with me its basically a neuro pain killer tablets which i came to know was illegal and banned in qatar also there was no prescription of the medicine given by my doctor with me unfortunately , i was taken by police from airport itself as a suspect of drugs supplier in drugs enforcement jail in duhail for further investigation and the next day i was taken to Public Prosecution in Doha. I believe my medicines was checked by doctor and public prosecutor released me asking to submit the prescription of the medicine from the doctor that i have brought within 14 days. A week later i submitted my medicine which was prescribed by my doctor which was translated in arabic too.

Now, my query is, i have now medical and finger print done to get my RP and i am worried that is that case going to make any issue to get my RP done ? as i am still unknown whether my case has been closed or not.

Can you kindly assist me to feedback me urgently on this.

My previous companies mandoop gave me NOC to get a job from another company. I joined a new company and got the ID recently. Now the problem is after all these my previous company says the NOC was not issued by them and they say a case will be filed against me. Please let me know what could be done with this.

@circle360 How long your employer is not paying salary ? Are you working for office or home ? what about your visa status ?

@flying_high You have to charge Civil Case against the laser removal firm. They done physical damage and moral damages also applicable. He is not paying our salary, can u plz advice us.

I recently did a laser hair removal session on my face through a local skincare outlet in Qatar but the person seriously burned an area on my face which has left a small and deep permanent scar. In the beginning the outlet was assisting with treatment but as a few weeks have passed, they have now started advising me to pay for my own treatment to have the scar reduced/removed and are telling me that I had signed on a paper before the laser sessions began which essentially does not obligate them to treat me to remove the scar and saying that 'such things happen all the time'. I am extremely depressed and frustrated as I am now left with a permanent scar on my face and now being asked to pay thousands to do the treatment and buy medicines. Please can someone help in advising whether I even have a case which I can register with consumer protection department or seek legal advise (please recommend a few law firms which might assist in this case) - Many thanks.

@abina With that salary its not possible to transfer. But you can ask your husband to talk with his company to issue a salary certificate for obtaining family visa purpose only by showing your job offer. If they are ready to issue then no issue you can arrange rest and transfer, if not then not possible.

@sasar Basic Salary Per Month x number of years serviced + Air ticket or cash + current year leave salary . You will get two months notice period because you served already more than 5 years. So you will get 6 months basic salary + ticket and leave salary for current year if vacation remains With 2 months notice. They will transfer the money to bank or by hand once you finish management clearence in accounts or other department that you have no liability or financial commitment with the company.

Iam in qatar more than 1year and 10 month my present sponsor give me noc and i submitt all document for sponsorship change 1 st time they rejected application reason was my visa have some limitation(project visa) then i give requist to remove limitation .they approved my requist and again i submited for sponsorship chane now 4 days completed PRO Saying its under processing iam in confuse my visa will change or not please help me

@naj0212 normally they will deport if cannot obtain finger print. Because without fingerprint approval you cannot stamp RP. But if the CEID official ask you to submit husband ID and your passport copy then may be chance they will try with captains. But if the company made recommendation letter for just try then CEID will not accept. Visit salwa road CEID office and check in the first left counter. You will get status.

hi sir..i had done my fingerprint 5 times in computer and twice manually but it was not accepted..i was then asked to submit my husband's id copy and my passport copy so that they could make a recommendation letter for my fingerprint approval and told me to wait for 2 weeks for approval..till now i didnt get any notification regarding this..will i be deported due to my fingerprint issue? pls reply

I got noc from current sponsor and i submitt all paper for transfering the sponsorship in labour but i didnt get any replay from them how many days will take complete the procedure

so there is no way to open (register) company under one persons name if he is working in another private firm.

so how about opening company in his wife's name ? (they are on family visa)

If you are stake holder in a company its possible to hold multi shares through sister companies. But if you are an employee or dependend visa then its not possible. You need to transfer visa your visa first to new business and you will be coming under CR of new one then you can do it to sister concern.

You can refer Law no 7 of 2002 - Protection of copywright and Neighbouring Rights. Available in internet to download as well. You can file criminal and civil suite. You can file criminal suite in public prosecution and it will be free of charge by mentioning the sections in penal code and copywright rights. You can file civil suite for claiming the compensation for the moral and physical damages or loss. civil suite will be 3000 qar should be filed in civil court dafna. You can demand 10 years profit for yhe damages. The criminal court will punish jail prisonment with penalty. The civil court is the one which claim the money from the party and they hold all their belongings.
