Due to personal reason,I am leaving the Company on my 5th month. I am entitled for 21 working days leave per year. Am I still entitled to paid leave even if I serve the Company for less than a year?

it is applicable only after probation or minimum service period of 6months, however check with your contract.
Check ur contract. But normally you won't be entitled to the leave yet, so consequently u won't be entitled to encashment.
take leave in your first year and also, you cannot take your leave in lieu of termination time.
Depends on your contract....some companies pay prorata..
Probably not. Check your contract. It usually says "Upon completion" or some such
