Laws/ rules for setting up online business in Qatar

Hi there,

does anyone know if there are any rules or laws from the Govt of Qatar in setting up an online business portal? Or better still are you aware of any lawyers/ solicitors out here who specialise in this type of business and might be able to help?

I undestand it is very diffciult to find out the laws for Qatar online, and most things aren't clearly documented. So any help would be much appreciated !!
