Well, it's complicated. Women seem to have reached an all-time unprecedented level of hairiness due to apparent high levels of testosterone in their body while the women on TV look like they were born absolutely hairless. People tend to live in the now and think about consequences later and male standards of beauty have become ever more difficult to meet. Complicated...

White peoples want to be brown. Brown want to be pale. Some Asians want different eyes. Many want less hair whereas Rizks wishes he had some. It's a strange world

Why do people always try to mess with God's creation?

20 years is not enough to study and fully understand the impact of this new technology. See, the effect of high-intensity laser treatment might not be visible on the first generation of those who directly underwent this kind of treatment. You know how laser beams can alter the molecular constitution of cells in our body and even cause genetic alterations that may be passed on to later generations and visible at a much later point in time. So the impact of laser beam hair removal treatment cannot be observable in a 20-year period but across several generations.

The procedure is relatively new and its effect not fully known yet. Only time will tell the gravity of side effects but as of now, it is sufficent to use one's common sense to deduce that exposing one's body to such dangerous intensity of laser beams in such an unnatural way cannot possibly be good.
