THE LABOR OFFICE BECAUSE I HAVE COMPLAIN FOR ILLEGAL TERMINATION,
NO GRATUITY AND SALARY BUT MY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHUMAN
COMPANY COUNTER A RECOMMENDATION PAPER TO THE
LABOR DEPT. AND UNDER THE OFFICE OF LABOR DEPT. ON THR
SUPERVISION OF ABDULRAHMAN ON THE SECOND FLOOR
OF THE LABOR , HE AUTOMATICALLY , CLOSE THE CASE
WITHOUT ASKING ME EVEN I WAS THIER IN FRONT OF THEM
WHICH I DONT KNOW WHATS THAT PAPER FOR , THEN AFTER
THAT ABDULRAHMAN OF THE LABOR DEPT. PRINT A PAPER AND
ATTACH THIS PAPER TO A PAPER AND GIVE TO THE MANDOOB OF MY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY THE FOLD MY COMPLAIN LETTER THEN
THEY CLOSE MY COMPLAIN WITHOUT HAVING MY RIGHTS AS
A WORKER BE IN JUSTICE THEN EASILY THE LABOR OFFICE
SAYS GO TO CEID WITHOUT TELLING ME FOR WHAT AND ASKING
MY SIDE AND SEEING MY EVIDENCE BEFORE CLOSING MY COMPLAIN. ..
TODAY, THIS IS THE MOST UNJUSTIFY AND UNHUMAN ACT OF LIES...
I WENT TO CEID AND THEY ASK ME WHY ? WHATS MY PROBLEM?

GO TO CEID , THEN THEY ASK ME IN CEID WHERES THE PAPER
GO TO THE LABOR AGAIN AND ASK IF THE CASE IS CLOSE
AND TAKE A COPY OF THE PAPER? THEN I GO BACK TO LABOR DEPT.
TODAY UNDER THE HOTTEST WHEATHER WITH MY MONEY REMAINING
IS 50RIYALS , THEN DIRECTLY I GO FOR ABDULRAHMAN OFFICE
TO ASK A COPY FOR THIS PAPER YESTERDAY THAT I HAVE SEEN BUT
THE ANSWER OF ABDULRAHMAN TO ME GO DOWN ASK THE BIG BOSS, THEN EVEN I KNOW ABDULRAHMAN TELL LIE , I WENT DOWN AND GO

I know that this situation is making your blood boil and it would make most of us too. Try to be a bit more controlling of your emotions. By highlighting a government worker in a public forum they way you have described in this tread could do more harm for your case than good. As Mandy suggested get a lawyer who speaks the local language to help you. I hope you find justice. Good Luck

You can indeed do that. And you may have good evidence. I'm merely saying that in order to get your point across you might want to have help. As you say, your heart is pure and your cause is just. It's just that your communication skills may be hampering your ability to get your point across. Officials are notoriously bad at reading minds and/or intentions.

You truly do need either a lawyer or a trusted friend who speaks Arabic. I'm afraid I cannot understand your complaint even in English. I do comprehend that you believe your human/civil right have been violated but those are precious few in Qatar anyway. You need to prove that your Qatar legal rights have been demonstrably breached and that employment laws were not followed. To do this you need a grasp of such laws and a way of proving these were violated. Without evidence your claim won't hold water. You can be morally right bit not legally right. And if your RP is cancelled you have 7 days to leave.

My embassy cannot do anything , the legal officer in labot dept.
Just advice me to go in human rights of doha , I was very frustrated
Because even my own embassy cannot do anything to have my rights
To be justify and defend me, my embassy is only sitting and waiting
For salary and collecting money to my fellow OFW.

Sad to learn what happened with you. Never go alone to such places, better go with one of your trump cards things will work smoothly. This is what most of your guys do in Doha. Preserve all the documents as proof to fight for your rights. Go to Philipine embassy for your rescue. Good luck.

Human Rights commission could be another channel in your case. Try and let everyone know how they helped you.
