I am a Filipina. I am applying for residence visa under my father sponsorhip. I have submitted all the required documents and they rejected my application. I dont see any reason for the rejection of that. My fathers salary is well enough and he is been here for 8 years.  We once have interview too. My visa status is on Family Visit Visa and it will expire on July 26, 2014. Who can help me? Anyone who jas a friend or related to QATAR Immigration? Im still hoping.... KABAYANS OUT THERE OR ANYONE???? Your response will be appreciated.

@Ginesjoy, if your Father was renting a flat that is not a company accommodation? I think that is the one rejection of your Father sponsorship application. Supposed accommodation of your father is free from company. So please clarify this matter...Good luck!

So you have work and you want to transfer your working visa to personal or family visa. I think that's why it's not approved because it is very difficult or complicated to transfer from work to personal visa. I don't know why but I have too many friends looks like you. Got married here, working here with different sponsor and when they want to transfer got the same situation like you.

Ginesjoy. I am sure your Father, He can sponsored you. Please ask your Father first why your application was denied in immigration. or you need a local person to help your problem. one option renew your visit visa again until your application will granted!

=> You should be below 21 years old

=> For your father, all the three categories below should match, if not, then you know why your application was rejected.

Visa Page Profession - Engineer

School Credentials - Graduate of Engineering course

Position in the Company - Senior Calibration Engineer (no problem)

Goodluck...and try to look for a job here and let the company sponsor you.

The best thing you can do is look for a Job, if your on legal age. Only a very high profile "wasta " can help you and nowadays MOFA is very strict in approving application even qualified status. Goodluck!
