My name is Ziad, I am an Architect working in QATAR since 2002.

During the passed June I worked with a company named DAMASCO(Syrian), as a Technical Manager for a 15000 QR monthly.

After 20 days I was terminated and told me that they shall pay me within 2 - 3 days...

at the same time, another staff was terminated, and no payment to anyone was paid.

Now three months elapsed, and they are not replying our calls.

Please advise us on how to react? we should go to the police? or Human right? or...

Ziad: What you have not clarified in your post if you have a contract from the company or not and if you do then whether the contract was legalized. You need to clarify this first.
