so far fantastic for me. Drive to office in the morning 25 minutes (16.5Km). My office is opposite Diwan Amiri on Al Rayyan Road.

Yesterady drove from Wholesale market R/A to wakra compond via E ring road 22Km. it took 22 minutes. No hassle and rush there. No traffic Jams. Peace & Quite.

Some QLers are joining me there on thursday nights regulary and tomorrow night is not an exeption.

Ksarat house is 2 minutes walk from there.

I haven't moved in yet (been staying at Movenpick) but my drive is to Ras Laffans every day, so unless I move to Al Khor, I will have a very long drive anyway!

I wish I worked in Doha...that would be very nice!

its quite but a bit far from our work places (as most of them are in doha)

That costs QR 2000 deposit and monthly bills for W & E :(

meters are already placed and contract is already signed by municipality. they will soon ask us to transfer the meter on our name.

vary depending on:

- which floorplan (there are 2 one bedroom floorplans)

- which view (Doha or Sea)

- what floor you are on (higher floors are more expensive)

- how long your lease is (shorter lease is more expensive).

For a one bedroom, you will pay anywhere from QR 8700 - QR 15000 per month.

electricty and water bills are paid by the owner until individual meters for each apartment are fixed :)I think it is a long way to go :)

r u sure that electricty and water bills are paid by the owner.

Mine is just next to the Main Guard House. Qtel is ready but have to wait to get individual water & Electricity Meters. At the moment W & E has only the main meters and bills are paid by the Owner.

its not that big so ultimately everybody is near their office...mine is like 2 min walk...and hey wat bout internet..r there any q-tel lines there yet and also are they provising any mozaiv tv+ connection there?

Gym & Club House are not opened yet. It will take some time (My observation). Supermarket also not opened yet. Ara you staying near their office?

It is QR 14,760 a month for a two bedroom apartment..I just moved in few days ago so I wouldn't know how their maintenance is. However, they do have great facilities (swimming pool, gym, coffee shop, spa..etc)

I am asking about Ezdan Suites in West Bay.

QR 7000 a month. 1st two months rent free.

"How is there maintenance there."

1st class. compound only 2 months old.

"I am in wakra ezdan compound."

Then why ask all these questions?
