iphone shipping query

Hello,

I need help, My auntie is about to send me phone (iphone 6 plus) from Australia. only one pcs.

My questions are follows:

1. What is the best currier?? (DHL, FeD ex..)

2. Do i need to pay any taxes??

3. Do i need to go ictQatar just to get it?? (for custom etc...)

This is my first time to receive electronics or mobile, for what I've been reading its a restricted or subjected for any custom or clearance..

any advise??
