Its all started with a problem that somehow you try to get away / forget and just dont find the solution. So my advise, please look within youself what the cost of you not be able to sleep. must something there... please be honest with yourself. this is the key.
my source problem before was my bf, we fight lots and somehow what he said its cut deep inside me and I want his apology but of course this never happened so doctor asked me to forgive and forget and move on with my life. slowly i follow what doctor said and thanks GOD now am okay.
