FOR INDUSTRIAL AREA RESIDENCE...

hi folks,

i moved to industrial area recently, all i wanted to know is there any fitness centre (gym) around here??
because i want to burn my fat and loose some weight.
dont suggest me to jog because we all know about Industrial area So Dusty and Danger....

so the only way to do some workout finding a gym and working out... i am so fed up yarr.....

Have noticed some big warehouses and stores at industrial area where perhaps they play badminton and other indoor games after working hours and maybe during working hours too. Check out the ones on street # 24 and hopefully you will find a lot of guys from Colombo to keep you company

I am with you friend,with regard to support may you can find some yoga classes where you we also be working on you breathing to develop your lung capasity and strengthening you immune system. that will also prepare you to deal with other resperatory diseases. I know one centre by name YOGASHA COUNSELLING & YOGA
