if you want standard school try MES or DMIS.
Problem with MES is class strength is high .
DMIS problem is high fees.
Other schools come a notch lower than these two.
Less said about Shantiniketan the better.
I dont think there are any near madinat khalifa, they are all located around the areas between Bu Hamour, Mamoora and near Muntaza.
I heard Shantiniketen (donno the spelling) is a tuff school and it has better standards than other indian schools in qatar.
It's always the small things that make big differences.
