Doing business without license is illegal everywhere in Gulf though many people are doing it, especially house wives by doing tuition, baby sitting, selling small stuffs and insurance etc.

So if you are confident that you won’t do much sales in public and limited to only your friends and relatives, then I don’t think it’s a problem. Later on, when you are confident on your sales, then you could register a company and start doing a proper business.

And one more thing, you won’t be able to import any goods from any country without a trade license and import license. So you have to find a way to bring the goods unless you are planning to buy from UAE and re-sell in Ajman.

By the way, registering a business is not a big deal in UAE unlike Qatar, if you find a proper sponsor.

Hope this helps :)

go for it my friend, import what ever you like through shipping, but if you went to have a shop you must regist as a company. selling is not crime to be punched. to have a company beter selling rate you get.

i hope you find the way.
