IMPORTANT! Where can anyone find all the laws

I have a question.
IS IT A LEGISLATION GUIDE HERE IN QATAR?
I mean apart from the labour law.
We do not know our rights as expats since we do not have proper acces to the law in English.The visa regulations, sponsorship transfer....I mean a lot of things you can not reach...as expat.
If there is hope, please give it to all
