id renew

dear sir i, I have 1 questions , Iam working here since 2009 , my id date finish last 22/4/14 company refused not to renew so in this matter company should give noc and permission to work another company , ya it is totally depends on company that send there employee to home country ya give noc, if company has no work . and how many days before give notice to there employees.
