i need to see an ortho at doha

hi im jacki, coming to doha next week. I have braces here in philipines and having treatment but since im coming to doha i need to see an ortho who can accept me to continue on treatment.

id like to know the normal cost they charge each adjustment here the my dentist charge me 800US $ all inclusive of materials and service also the wire needed for adjustment

i paid it 400$ for dowmpayment and 50$ every 3 weeks during adjustment. i wonder how much in doha and can u recommend some good clinics or dental services.

Hi Jackie,

thanks for the information. What I would recommend is a letter from your dentist and register with HMC and go thru them for your dental requirements. The private clinics are very expensive and God only knows how efficient or qualified they are. No disrespect to anyone.

There are plenty of Indian (mostly) orthodentists here who are very good and very cheap by western standards. I don't know their exact prices, but I don't think it would be more than what you're paying now.

In the 'downtown' area, there are a number of clinics, clearly signed, and several of them have women dentists so I suggest you go into one of them.
