it is absolutely safe to come for the interview. I know what you mean, and make sure there is no any hidden things around. You are completely safe for the interview.

On the other hand, try to figure out as much as you can about your future sponsor. As i said, you will be fully depending on him. And you may want to know how good he is as a person. Thats' what you have to focus on during your interview.

I haven't got the offer ... I just have a offer to come to an interview and on the interview they'll explain all the details ,of course if i'm appropriate person for that job .

I just have doubts for coming to an interview . I don't know does it safe . I think the agency is trustful i found on the website the person who contacted me with phone numbers .

Thanks all of you for your advices :)

Qatar is a very quiet and nice place. If you have received and offer already but you still have doubts in your mind..check the website of the agency that hired you.

Do what's necessary so will not regret later...

Qatar is totally safe country. Don't worry, whoever tells you it is dengerous has no clue what they are talking about.. For some people the words "Middle East" are already dengerous.. and here is definitely not less safe than in Serbia.

Just come over, see your future employer... my advice, try to get a good sense of him, what kind of person he is.

Since he will be your employer and your sponsor, you will be totally depending on him (which personally i wouldn't like, but it is your choice).. so at least try to make a conclusion what kind of person he is, it is very important.. Don’t be shy to ask the questions, you might learn a lot about the person based on his answers, try to watch him, how he treats other people around..

Dear,

I have been working in Qatar for last 5years. One of my friends have been working for a company whch has a construciton nature of work. That has been look like failure and he does not know of who is monitoring the rights of labourers upon of what kind of decision can that company make for its labourers.

Who could be the main contact body in Qatar for those labourer's deal in order to ask about their rights.

Hope this question might be helpful for many people in qatar...

Short time assignments to work on Yacht;

All yachts are either privately owned or by Hotels/Clubs.

Do thorough investigation prior picking up any job. I mean go through the offer letter, check about the organisation from other sources and then sign a contract.

All the best

Maychek: I would suggest you give us the name of the agency here so that we can confirm locally if that's a genuine one. For a job like you mentioned,no company calls candidates for a two day stay before making a decision. There are no yatch companies that I know of who hire here. I might be mistaken but still sounds fishy to me. As mentioned earlier, please send us the name of the agency.

Please be careful in selecting your employer here as once you enter the country on employement you will not be allowed to leave without an exit permit.

Its good if you have a return ticket. But being a female you need to be extra careful if working in a private yacht. Never handover your passport to anyone once you are here. Check everything along with the contract being offered in details before signing any papers. Thats all I can say.

Qatar is a nice and safe country to stay and work but not all the companies are ..so just collect all the info before you move and check how reliable is the company.

anyway good luck ..and welcome (if you are coming)
